目的：探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）与C反应蛋白（CRP）水平检测对严重多发伤患者早期感染的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析2012年8月至2014年8月入住本院的102例多发伤患者的临床资料，根据患者是否发生感染将其分为感染组和未感染组，对两组患者的血清PCT与CRP水平进行检测，对检测结果进行分析比较。结果：感染组与未感染组的PCT水平有显著性差异（P<0.05）；CRP水平无显著性差异（P>0.05）；PCT与CRP阳性率有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论： PCT与CRP水平检测对感染性疾病的早期诊断有指导性意义，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토혈청강개소원（PCT）여C반응단백（CRP）수평검측대엄중다발상환자조기감염적림상개치。방법：회고성분석2012년8월지2014년8월입주본원적102례다발상환자적림상자료，근거환자시부발생감염장기분위감염조화미감염조，대량조환자적혈청PCT여CRP수평진행검측，대검측결과진행분석비교。결과：감염조여미감염조적PCT수평유현저성차이（P<0.05）；CRP수평무현저성차이（P>0.05）；PCT여CRP양성솔유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론： PCT여CRP수평검측대감염성질병적조기진단유지도성의의，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To study the clinical value of PCT and CRP level detection on early infection of patients with severe multiple trauma.Methods:A retrospective analysis for 102 patients with multiple trauma admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014, and divided them into the infected and uninfected group according to whether infections, serum PCT and CRP levels of patients in the two groups were tested and the testing results were compared..Results:PCT level of the infected and uninfected have significant difference (P< 0.05);CRP level of the two group had no significant difference (P> 0.05); the positive rate of PCT and CRP had significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusions: The detection of PCT and CRP levels have guiding significance to the early diagnosis of infectious diseases, worthy of clinical promotion.
