目的:研究hs-CRP和PLT动态监测新生儿败血症病情临床意义及联合检测价值,探讨其临床适用性。方法:选择从2013年5月至2014年11月于我院新生儿科接受治疗新生儿败血症的46例患儿作为研究组,另取46例健康新生儿作为对照组,分别对两组新生儿进行hs-CRP和PLT及两者联合检测,观察两组新生儿治疗前后的hs-CRP、PLT含量以及单一检测与联合检测的特异度、灵敏性、阳性预期值和阴性预期值等。结果:治疗前,研究组患儿的hs-CRP含量明显高于对照组,PLT含量明显低于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时研究组患儿hs-CRP较PLT诊断价值高,而联合检测又明显高于单一检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:hs-CRP和PLT检测对新生儿败血症的诊断具有一定的价值,两项指标联合检测的诊断价值更高,适合临床推广应用。

목적:연구hs-CRP화PLT동태감측신생인패혈증병정림상의의급연합검측개치,탐토기림상괄용성。방법:선택종2013년5월지2014년11월우아원신생인과접수치료신생인패혈증적46례환인작위연구조,령취46례건강신생인작위대조조,분별대량조신생인진행hs-CRP화PLT급량자연합검측,관찰량조신생인치료전후적hs-CRP、PLT함량이급단일검측여연합검측적특이도、령민성、양성예기치화음성예기치등。결과:치료전,연구조환인적hs-CRP함량명현고우대조조,PLT함량명현저우대조조,차차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05);치료후,량조차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05);동시연구조환인hs-CRP교PLT진단개치고,이연합검측우명현고우단일검측,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:hs-CRP화PLT검측대신생인패혈증적진단구유일정적개치,량항지표연합검측적진단개치경고,괄합림상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical significance of hs-CRP and PLT dynamic monitoring and value of combined detection on neonatal sepsis, and to explore its clinical applicability.Methods:46 cases of neonatal sepsis from May 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital were Served as a research group , Another 46 cases of healthy newborns were served as a control group. Observed and compared before and after treatment hs-CRP and PLT and of the two groups , specificity, sensitivity, positive detection rate of a single detector and joint detection.Results:Before treatment, hs-CRP content of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the PLT was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment,the differences of hs-CRP and PLT in two groups were not statistically significance (P>0.05); while the diagnostic value of hs-CRP, PLT in study group was higher than the control group, and the diagnostic value of joint detection was significantly higher than the hs-CRP, PLT, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:hs-CRP and PLT detection has a certain value in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis, but the diagnostic value of combined detection is higher ,and it is suitable for clinical application.
