建立HPLC法测定槲寄生中N-桂皮酰基丁二胺的量的方法.采用高效液相色谱法检测,Dia-monsilTM C18色谱柱(5.6×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(20∶80)为流动相;检测波长:278 nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃.N-桂皮酰基丁二胺在0.1~0.5μg(r=0.9998)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为98.3%(n=6),RSD=0.8%.该测定方法准确、简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为该药材的质量控制方法.

An assay method was established for the determination of N -cinnamoyl putrescine in Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai by HPLC.DiamonsilTM C18 analytical column (250 mm ×5.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of aceronitrile -0.2% H3PO4(20∶80). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detecting wavelength was at 278 nm.The column tem-perature was at 25℃.The linear range of N-cinnamoyl putrescine was 0.1~0.5 μg ( r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.9%.RSD=1.80%.The method was accurate, simple , highly sensitive and reproducible .It can be used for the quality control of Visum coloratum ( Kom.) Nakai.
