以西部高原国道317线雀儿山隧道控制测量为例，依据现行测量规范，利用 GPS系统进行隧道平面控制测量，实施方案包括选择坐标系统、选埋控制点、GPS 点的观测及 GPS 解算等。在此基础上进行隧道高程控制测量和误差估算，量测结果较为可靠，满足相关规范要求，可供类似地区隧道测量参考。

Control measure method of high altitude mountain tunnels are often subj ect to environmental restrictions,such as State Road 3 1 7 line Que Er Shan tunnel.It describes a control measurements method of high-altitude mountain tunnel.1 .Plane Control Survey,at first the transverse through error estimation accuracy of the GPS measurements on outside cave determined the level of Surface control measurement,base on the level of surface control measurement、the existing highway surveying norms and the requirement of environmental,the choose of coordinate system,control point which were buried,and method of solving GPS were fully analyzed to determine the plane control survey scheme.2.Height Control Measure,height control measure through error estimation and the requirement of environmental determined the height control measure scheme.This article only provide some reference to the control measurements method of high altitude mountain tunnel.
