2014年3月26日实施的《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约修正案》中对全氟辛基磺酸及其盐类的特定豁免用途和可接受用途做了详细的规范。中国作为成员国之一在遵守公约的同时也在努力寻找新的替代物，目前我国对公约中规定的禁用污染物替代产物的合成种类和合成方法十分繁多，将对几类主要的替代产物的毒理学研究进展进行阐述，为该类产品的生产者和使用者的安全提供理论防护依据，也为以后斯德哥尔摩公约的修正案提供参考。

The perfluorooctane sulfonate ( PFOS) was specified on the Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants on 26th March, 2014.The amendments provided the specific and acceptable implementation of PFOS .China as a member country was compliance with the convention , and also trying to find new replaceable products .There were lots of new replace-able products and synthesis types in China .This paper focused on the toxicology of several main kinds of replaceable products , which to provide a theoretical basis for the protection of producers and the users .Meanwhile , this paper proposed basic research data for the future of Stockholm Convention .
