采用电解的方法制成具有强氧化性的高铁酸盐,利用产生的高铁酸盐在线去除H2 S气体.研究发现,在常温常压下,电流密度为4 mA/cm2,初始硫化氢的体积百分含量为80×10-6时,电解液使用NaOH比使用KOH效果好,KOH的浓度为8 mol/L时,H2 S的氧化率最高只有80.36%,而NaOH的浓度为7 mol/L时,H2 S的氧化率最高可达91.65%,而且NaOH浓度为5~9 mol/L时,H2 S的氧化率可达46.94%~91.65%.

The strong oxidizing ferrate is obtained by the method of electrolytic .The new pro-ducing ferrate was used to remove the hydrogen sulfide gas online .It is found that under the atmospheric pressure , the current density was 4 mA/cm2 , and the initial H 2 S concentration of 80 ×10 -6 , KOH was better than NaOH .When the concentration of KOH was 8 mol/L sulfur ions removal rate can reach to 80.36%.However, when the concentration of NaOH was 7mol/L, sulfur ions removal rate can reach to 91.65%.What’s more, when the con-centration of NaOH was 5~9 mol/L sulfur ions removal rate was 46.94%to 91.65%.
