探讨乙醇注入法制备木犀草素脂质体的制备工艺.采用乙醇注入法制备木犀草素脂质体,微柱离心和HPLC法测定包封率,激光粒度仪测定粒径.运用正交实验设计L9(34)优选最佳处方为:磷脂600 mg,药脂比1∶7,类酯比8∶1,有机相水相比1∶1,包封率79.3%,形态,稳定性良好.注入法制备木犀草素脂质体工艺简单,制得剂型稳定,方法可行.

To investigate the preparation of ethanol injection of luteolin liposome , the lipo-some was prepared by ethanol injection .Entrapment rate was measured by microcolumn off-center and HPLC .The particle size of luteolin liposome was measured by using the laser par-ticle size analyzer.Orthognal test L9(34)was applied to choose the best method, and the re-sult was as follows:PC (600 mg), PC∶Cho (6∶1), cho∶PC (1∶9), ethanol∶PBS (1∶1), entrapment rate of 79.3%.The shape and stability were good .The method of ethanol injec-tion of luteolin liposome was easy , and the dosage was stable .So this method could be ap-plied in luteolin liposome preparation .
