本文利用酶法辅助水浸提法提取银条多糖,采用单因素试验分别研究了浸提温度、料液比、加酶量和浸提时间对提取率的影响。再通过正交试验,对各因素间的相互作用进行分析,最终确定了提取银条多糖的最佳工艺条件:温度40℃、料液比1∶25g/mL、加酶量6mg和浸提时间60min,提取率为66.63%。

Enzymatic method was used to StachysfloridanaSchuttl. exBenth polysaccharide extraction. Effect of extraction ratio on temperature, solid-liquid ratio, enzyme dosage and time was analyzed. Optimal process condition was determined by us-ing orthogonal test, as follow∶ temperature 40℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶2 ( g/mL) , amount of enzyme 6mg andextraction time 60min.Extraction rate was 66.63%.
