提出一种使用编程的方式对振动筛进行直接有限元建模的方法。该方法在分析筛网结构的基础上,根据其结构特征,把筛网分为重复性结构和非重复性结构两部分,然后依次对这两部分创建节点和单元,从而完成振动筛有限元模型的建立。为了考察所建模型的网格质量,把振动筛进行自由网格划分得到另外一种有限元模型,然后分别对这两种有限元模型进行了单元质量检查。结果表明:本方法所创建的有限元模型在各个方面都比自由网格划分的质量好。本文提出的方法避免了振动筛自由划分网格的耗时和复杂性,为类似的具有规则多孔结构的有限元网格划分提供了一种新思路。

A direct finite element modeling method by programming for vibrating screen had been proposed. Method was based on analysis of vibrating screen mesh, according to its structural characteristics, vibrating screen was divided into repetitive structure and non-repetitive structure two parts, and then nodes and elements were created successively, so finite element model of vibration screen was be established. In order to investigate quality of model mesh created, another finite element model of vi-brating screen was established by free mesh, and then element quality of two kinds of finite element model was checked. Results showed that finite element model created by this method in all aspects had good quality than free mesh division. Proposed method avoided shaker freedom meshed consuming and complex. It provides a new idea for a similar finite element mesh with regular porous structure.
