目的:探讨电针对急性心肌梗死大鼠心肌基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、组织基质金属蛋白酶-2(TIMP-2)和缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)表达的影响。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支建立急性心肌梗死模型,SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和电针组3组。记录各组大鼠心电图变化,以RT-PCR测定心肌组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2表达的变化,用免疫组化检测Cx43。结果:与模型组比较,电针组心电图有明显改善,TIMP-2、Cx43 MMP-2表达显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:电针内关、心俞通过调节MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达保护缺血梗死心肌组织,且有效对抗心律失常。

목적:탐토전침대급성심기경사대서심기기질금속단백매-2(MMP-2)、조직기질금속단백매-2(TIMP-2)화봉극련접단백43(Cx43)표체적영향。방법:결찰대서관상동맥좌전강지건립급성심기경사모형,SD대서수궤분위정상조、모형조화전침조3조。기록각조대서심전도변화,이RT-PCR측정심기조직중MMP-2、TIMP-2표체적변화,용면역조화검측Cx43。결과:여모형조비교,전침조심전도유명현개선,TIMP-2、Cx43 MMP-2표체현저승고(P<0.05,P<0.01)。결론:전침내관、심유통과조절MMP-2、TIMP-2적표체보호결혈경사심기조직,차유효대항심률실상。
Objective:To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture at "Neiguan","Xinshu" on expression of MMP-2, TIMP-2 and Cx43 in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(N group),model group(AMI group)and electro-acupuncture group(E group). AMI rat models were induced by left anterior descending artery ligation. The change of electrocardiogram was recorded,expressions of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and Cx43 were detected in each group. Results:Compared with the AMI group,ECG has been significantly improved, expressions of TIMP-2 and Cx43 were increased in E group (P<0.05,P<0.01). The expression of MMP-2 in E group was higher than that in other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture at "Neiguan","Xinshu"can protect ischemic myocardial tissue by adjusting expression of MMP-2,TIMP-2. It has anti-arrhythmic effect.
