针对天然气分布式能源系统冷热电匹配问题,提出了“以热定电,负荷平衡”的设计原则,对然气分布式供能系统设计过程中所出现的风险提出了规避原则。以某工程项目为依托,对上述原则进行了验证,通过计算得出了用户采用该系统后的购电量,为项目的计经工作提供了数据依据,并为天然气分布式能源系统的设计工作奠定了基础。
針對天然氣分佈式能源繫統冷熱電匹配問題,提齣瞭“以熱定電,負荷平衡”的設計原則,對然氣分佈式供能繫統設計過程中所齣現的風險提齣瞭規避原則。以某工程項目為依託,對上述原則進行瞭驗證,通過計算得齣瞭用戶採用該繫統後的購電量,為項目的計經工作提供瞭數據依據,併為天然氣分佈式能源繫統的設計工作奠定瞭基礎。

This paper proposed the design principles that “determining output of electricity according to heat, load balance” to solve the problem of the matching of cold load,heat load and electricity load of the NG dis-tributed energy system and the avoiding principles for the risks presented in the design procedure of NG distrib-uted energy system. Based on one project, the above principles were verified, and the purchasing electricity could be gotten to provide the data to technical and economical index calculation. This paper built the basis for the design of NG distributed energy system and made it real toward high efficiency,energy saving,environment protection.
