电解锰行业属于典型的高消耗、高能耗、高污染和低收益的行业，推行清洁生产势在必行。通过对某电解锰企业清洁生产审核实践，分析了企业的清洁生产潜力，确定了审核重点和目标，针对性地提出并实施了29项清洁生产方案，取得了较好的环境和经济效益，对该行业清洁生产工作的开展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Electrolytic manganese industry is a typical industrial sector with high consumption of resource and energy, heavy pollution but low profits, so implementation of cleaner production (CP) is quite necessary. On the basis of the CP audit practice of an electrolytic manganese enterprise, CP potential of the enterprise was analyzed and audit focus and target were identified. 29 CP plans were proposed accordingly and better environmental and economic benefits were obtained, providing reference for development of the CP work in the electrolytic manganese industry.
