根据蝇蛆的生活习性和爬行行为,应用机械设计原理设计蝇蛆养殖池,设计分4个系统:(1)蝇蛆防逃系统。物体表面光滑度、湿度和虫体湿度是影响蝇蛆爬行的关键因子。设计的池子墙壁表面粗糙、干燥,可以防止蝇蛆逃逸;(2)蝇蛆驱赶系统。蝇蛆有负趋光性及向下爬行习性,设计的池子亮暗分明,池底外高内低,使蝇蛆往低处和暗处爬行;(3)池子排水系统。池中间低处设置一个下水管,也是蝇蛆的陷阱,与下面的排水管道垂直连接;(4)蝇蛆收集系统。蝇蛆陷阱套有一可漏水的桶,可以收集成熟蝇蛆;陷阱上方铺设有一排块状木板路,便于操作人员行走和作业,也有利于引诱蝇蛆向陷阱爬行。
根據蠅蛆的生活習性和爬行行為,應用機械設計原理設計蠅蛆養殖池,設計分4箇繫統:(1)蠅蛆防逃繫統。物體錶麵光滑度、濕度和蟲體濕度是影響蠅蛆爬行的關鍵因子。設計的池子牆壁錶麵粗糙、榦燥,可以防止蠅蛆逃逸;(2)蠅蛆驅趕繫統。蠅蛆有負趨光性及嚮下爬行習性,設計的池子亮暗分明,池底外高內低,使蠅蛆往低處和暗處爬行;(3)池子排水繫統。池中間低處設置一箇下水管,也是蠅蛆的陷阱,與下麵的排水管道垂直連接;(4)蠅蛆收集繫統。蠅蛆陷阱套有一可漏水的桶,可以收集成熟蠅蛆;陷阱上方鋪設有一排塊狀木闆路,便于操作人員行走和作業,也有利于引誘蠅蛆嚮陷阱爬行。

A structure for breeding maggots was designed based on the living habits and crawling behavior of the fly larvae.It consisted of 4 major components:(1)the escape-preventing feature that had a dry and rough surface to deprive moisture and smoothness for maggots to crawl out of the confinement; (2)the movement-oriented feature that made two sides of the bed higher and brighter than the center to take advantage of the natural tendency of maggots seeking for darkness and moving downward to lure them to the bottom of the structure;(3)the drainage system that used a pipe installed in the center of the lowest point of the bed to connect to the vertical sewage drain as a trap and for maggots collection;(4)the collection barrel that had water drains and a row of wood planks on top for worker to walk on as well as providing shades to encourage maggots to crawl into the barrel for collection.
