输电线路走廊附近的山火容易引起线路跳闸。使用卫星监测山火技术可及时发现输电线路山火,为现场处置提供指导。与大面积森林火灾不同,输电线路山火具有面积小、过火迅速等特点,监测的时空精度要求高,为此,文中提出一种基于卫星热点粗判、火点细判的综合阈值火点判识方法,可准确识别较小面积山火。为求取不同地理、气候、天气等条件下的判识阈值,提出相应的求取试验方法。针对火点与输电线路杆塔告警计算繁琐的问题,提出几种基于卫星监测火点的输电线路山火告警计算方法:圆形缓冲区法、邻近网格法和区域分块查找法。通过测试,几种方法运算速度比传统的遍历算法提高2~3倍,其中,速度相对最快的为区域分块查找法,其次为邻近网格法,再次为圆形缓冲区法。此外,区域分块查找法和临近网格法的数据存储更方便、高效。因此在实际应用中,推荐使用区域分块查找法或临近网格法。

Wild fire near transmission line corridors could easily cause line trip outs. Using satellite monitoring technique can detect wild fire near transmission lines in time, providing guidance for on-site disposal. Being different from large areas of forest fires, wild fire near transmission lines have the characteristics of small size and spreading rapidly, thusthe spatial and temporal precision requirement of the monitor system is relatively high. This paper proposed a kind of comprehensive threshold fire point identification method based on coarsely detect hot spot and then accurately detect fire point, which can accurately identify small area fires. In order to obtain the thresholds under different geography, climate, weather and other conditions, this paper gives the appropriate test methods. Aiming at the cumbersome problem of the alarm calculation of the fire point to the transmission line towers, this paper presents several alarm computing algorithm of satellite monitoring fire point to transmission line towers: Circular Buffer Method, The Adjacent Grid Method and Regional Block Search Method, it’s found that the computing speed of such three alarm computing methods is 2~3 times faster than traditional traversal algorithm, among them, the fastest one is regional block search method, followed by the adjacent grid method, and then the circular buffer method.In addition, the data storage of the regional block search method and the adjacent grid method are more convenient and efficient. Thus in practical applications, it is recommended to use the regional block search method or the adjacent grid method.
