在自然发病情况下,连续2年对168份枇杷种质资源叶斑病的发病情况进行调查,结果表明,供试的枇杷种质资源病情指数为3.8~47.6。依据病情指数,采用聚类分析法将其抗性分为5类:8份资源表现为高抗,分别是木罗枇杷、大毛枇杷、栎叶枇杷、卓南1号、荔枝枇杷、龙早1号、塘头3号和港口11号,24份表现为抗病,82份表现为中抗,52份表现为感病,森尾早生和香城4号2份资源表现为高感。对不同抗病类型种质的叶片气孔特征与其抗性的相关性进行分析表明,枇杷叶下表皮气孔密度和大小均与其抗性无显著相关。

Under field conditions,168 loquat germplasms were scrutinized for their resistance to leaf spot disease for two years.The disease indices were rated between 3.8 and 47.6,with which the germplasms were categorized by a clustering analysis into 5 groups.Eight of the 168 germplasms were highly resistant,24 resistant,82 medium resistant,52 susceptible and 2 highly susceptible.The 8 highly resistant loquats included Mu Luo,Da Mao, Qakleaf,Zhuo Nan 1 ,Li Zhi,Long Zao 1,Tang Tou 3 and Gang Kou 11.The two highly susceptible germplasms were Sen Wei Zao Sheng and Xiang Cheng 4.There was no correlation found between the stomatal density or the size of lower epiderm and the resistance to leaf spot disease of the loquats.
