为研究太阳能辅助供热挂面烘房的热能构成、节能效果及建设和管理成本,本文以某一挂面生产企业的太阳能-燃煤供热锅炉和挂面干燥生产车间为研究对象,分别于2015年4.28—4.29、6.01—6.03和7.28—7.29,分3次9d监测了不同时间段的耗煤量(243~251MJ/kg)、太阳能利用时长、挂面产量和蒸发水分的质量。分析结果表明:在调查时间内燃煤单独供热平均时长16.50h,单位煤耗28.60~32.05kg/t;太阳能结合燃煤供热平均时长5.64h,单位煤耗18.32~20.53kg/t,太阳能供热占比35.94%;太阳能单独供热(未使用燃煤系统)平均时长1.88h。太阳能辅助供热挂面烘房平均煤耗为23.97~26.86kg/t;太阳能为该段时间生产提供了17.51%的能量,相当于节约燃煤257.94kg,约等于生产8.05~9.02t挂面所耗煤量。以全年生产200d计,估计每年可节约标准煤43.48t,减少碳排放113.05t;以燃煤(243~251MJ/kg)到厂价600~800元计,可节约生产成本30953~41271元。

For studying heat energy constitution, energy-saving effect and cost of installation and maintenance about solar energy assisted heat supply drying noodle drying process in chamber, a production line which energy was supplied by solar and coal was chosen as research object, coal consumption in different time periods, time of solar energy utilized and noodle produc-tion were monitored, 9 days survey was conducted during 4.28-4.29, 6.01-6.03, 7.28-7.29, 2015. Results showed that, in survey period, average time of coal heating alone was 16.5h, unit coal consumption was 28.60-32.05kg/t (noodle product); so-lar combined with coal heating 5.64h, unit coal consumption was 18.32-20.53kg/t, share 37.12%of total energy consumption in this period; solar heating alone (without coal) 1.88h; share17.51%about whole energy consumption in noodle production of all day, equivalent to saving coal 257.94kg, approximately equal to coal consumption about 8.05-9.02t noodle production. Suppose annual production of 200d, it was estimated that 43.48t of standard coal was saved annually, reducing carbon emissions 113.05t/year; assuming coal priced (243-251MJ/kg) at 600-800Yuan, could reduce production costs 30 953-41 271yuan/year.
