为满足鲁西北和沧州地方炼厂原料进口需求,选取京津冀鲁区域内的黄骅港综合港区、烟台港西港区和青岛港董家口港区作为新增大型原油接卸点备选港址。通过对运输系统各环节费用进行综合论证,建议选取黄骅港综合港区作为区域内新增原油接卸点。
為滿足魯西北和滄州地方煉廠原料進口需求,選取京津冀魯區域內的黃驊港綜閤港區、煙檯港西港區和青島港董傢口港區作為新增大型原油接卸點備選港阯。通過對運輸繫統各環節費用進行綜閤論證,建議選取黃驊港綜閤港區作為區域內新增原油接卸點。

To meet the requirements for raw materials being imported to the refineries in northwest Shandong and Cangzhou, the following harbors have been selected as the alternatives of large-sized crude oil unloading points being added in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong region, i.e. Huanghua port comprehensive Harbor, Yantai port west Harbor and Qingdao port Dongjiakou Harbor. It is proposed to select Huanghua port comprehensive Harbor as new crude oil unloading point through the comprehensive demonstration of various costs of oil conveying system.
