长距离大能力带式输送机在散货港口系统中得到普遍应用,其驱动装置多采用大功率、多驱动、限矩型液耦的配置形式;随着大功率、多级驱动应用的增多,为保证多台电机驱动下皮带输送机能够平稳起动,并尽可能避免起动对电网冲击,合理规划各个驱动的起动顺序及间隔很有必要。本文阐述了多级驱动起动过程中机械、电气的设置和配合,从而实现多级驱动下稳定可靠安全地起动带式输送机。

Long-distance high power belt conveyor has been widely applied in the handling system of bulk cargo terminal. Most drive units of the belt conveyors are characterized with high power, multi-drive and load-limiting type of fluid coupling. With the development of high power multi-drive system, to ensure the stable starting of multi-drive belt conveyor and decrease its impact on the electric power network as much as possible, it’s necessary to program the starting sequence and time interval of motors. In the starting process, the electrical and mechanical setting and cooperation have been carried out to start the multi-drive belt conveyor stably and reliably.
