高桩码头门机道轨梁上已采用了长轨铺设技术的门机轨道,由于长轨轨道本身在码头上是不分缝的,而门机轨道梁是按码头结构段分为各自独立的多个结构段,在长轨轨道和门机梁之间通过轨道扣件相互连接。当气温变化时,由于轨道和门机梁的变形长度和方向不完全一致等原因,其温度应力比较复杂。本文介绍了某工程实际检测的轨道温度应力实例,并与计算结果进行了对比分析。

A long-rail-track-laying technology has been adopted into the high-pile wharf gantry crane rail. As the long-rail track itself has no gap on wharf and the gantry crane rail beam is divided into several structural segments independently according to the structure of the wharf, the connection between long-rail track and the door beam is achieved by rail fastenings. When the temperature changed, as the deformation length and deformation direction is not totally consistency between rail track and gantry crane beam, the issue would be more complex. In this article, the rail track temperature stress in a project is recorded with the comparison of calculation result.
