文化外交是国家总体外交战略中重要的组成部分，是主权国家以自身的文化资源为载体，通过政府支持传播或者民间渠道开展的外交活动。而高校的对外文化交流是当前高校发展的重要战略举措之一，面对国内重点高校和国际高校的双重竞争，高校国际对外文化交流不仅可以提升高校自身影响力，也是国家文化外交的长足发展的需要。

Cultural diplomacy is an important part of the national overall diplomatic strategy,which is a diplo-matic activity supported by the national government or the private channels aiming to spread a sovereign state′s traditional culture to the world.Nowadays,Cultural exchanges with other universities is an important strategic move of Chinese universities′development.Faced with both competitions in the domestic key universities and international universities,Chinese universities have to pay more attention to the cultural exchanges with other u-niversities.It′s because that international cultural exchanges with other universitiesc an not only enhance the u-niversities′influence all over the world,but also do good to the development of the national cultural diploma-cy.
