通过 SIMIO 仿真软件对某集装箱码头的靠泊、装卸以及水平运输作业过程进行仿真建模,为船舶到港、泊位分配以及岸桥借调过程设定了更准确的过程逻辑,并设计了不同的泊位-岸桥分配调度模型,优化目标为最小化单船平均在港时间。通过分析仿真结果得出了一个较优的泊位分配和岸桥调度方案,为码头的运营与管理提供了参考,也为 SIMIO 在集装箱码头以及物流集散中心作业过程的仿真研究提供了一些新的思路。

Simulations are performed for a real container terminal in terms of berth allocation, cargo loading/unloading and horizontal traffic by using the simulation software SIMIO, in which more precise process logics are designed for the process of containership arriving, berth allocation and quay crane dispatching. Models are designed for different berth allocations and quay crane assignments, aiming at minimizing the average staying time of each containership. An optimization scheme of berth allocation and quay crane assignment is obtained based on analysis of simulation results, which may be taken as a basis for terminal operation and management, and provides some new thoughts for simulations of container terminal and cargo logistic center operation process by SIMIO.
