In this study, the practical engineering in Chaoyang Shijia River Sewage Treatment Plant and Fengcheng Xincheng Sewage Treatment Plant which are the major projects of Liaoning Daling River Basin control is taken as an example to introduce a new process called multi-mode AAO process with a variety of derivative technologies and operational modes. On the basis of the engineering practice, the tank body structure and operation features of the multi-mode AAO process are specifically analyzed.
