通过对不同程度为害的福云6号茶树品种鲜叶挥发物成分进行鉴定,发现经过跗线螨为害的茶树叶片鲜叶挥发物的种类增加,其中轻度危害鲜叶的挥发性气物质种类最多,共鉴定出66种;与正常鲜叶相比(未受为害叶片),不同程度为害叶片共新鉴定了46种新的挥发性物质;雪松醇、水杨酸甲酯、2-己基-1-辛醇、间-1,3,8-薄荷三烯等17种挥发物成分只在轻度为害叶片中检测出;香叶基香叶醇、D-柠檬烯、苯乙烯只在中度为害叶片中检测出;而可巴烯、柏木烯、雪松烯、氧化石竹烯、(+)-β-雪松烯、2-正戊基呋喃等10种物质仅出现于重度为害的茶树鲜叶样品中;3种不同程度茶跗线螨为害均诱导出己醛、α-紫罗酮、1,2,3,5-四甲基-苯、环十四烷、4-甲基-十五烷、十二烷等6种挥发性物质的产生。
通過對不同程度為害的福雲6號茶樹品種鮮葉揮髮物成分進行鑒定,髮現經過跗線螨為害的茶樹葉片鮮葉揮髮物的種類增加,其中輕度危害鮮葉的揮髮性氣物質種類最多,共鑒定齣66種;與正常鮮葉相比(未受為害葉片),不同程度為害葉片共新鑒定瞭46種新的揮髮性物質;雪鬆醇、水楊痠甲酯、2-己基-1-辛醇、間-1,3,8-薄荷三烯等17種揮髮物成分隻在輕度為害葉片中檢測齣;香葉基香葉醇、D-檸檬烯、苯乙烯隻在中度為害葉片中檢測齣;而可巴烯、柏木烯、雪鬆烯、氧化石竹烯、(+)-β-雪鬆烯、2-正戊基呋喃等10種物質僅齣現于重度為害的茶樹鮮葉樣品中;3種不同程度茶跗線螨為害均誘導齣己醛、α-紫囉酮、1,2,3,5-四甲基-苯、環十四烷、4-甲基-十五烷、十二烷等6種揮髮性物質的產生。

The aromatic constituents in the fresh leaves of Fuyun 6 tea (Camelliasinensis cv .Fuyun6)were found to increase significantly under varying degrees of Polyphagotarsonemus latus stress.There were 66 aromatic compounds in the leaves when the tea plants were under a medium stress.As the stress leve lincreased,46 new volatile substances were identified,as compared to control.17 aromatics,such ascedrol,methylsalicylate and 2-Hexyl-1-octanol,were detectedonly when the plants were subjected to a light stress.Some others,such as geranylgeraniol,D-limonene and styrene,existed only in the samples under a medium stress.A severe stress could cause the generation of 10 aromatics,such as copaene.All levels of stress tested in this study produced 6 aromatic constituents including hexanal.
