为了提高建筑施工现场安全管理水平，有效降低建筑施工现场伤亡事故的发生率，文章在分析海因里希多米诺骨牌理论、现代事故致因链理论及行为安全2~4模型等事故致因理论的基础上，结合八局青岛公司施工现场安全管理的实际情况，提出了一种新型安全管理模式———“一岗多责、监管分离”的全员协同安全管理模式。本文系统分析了该安全管理模式的优势，给出了该安全管理模式的具体应用方法，最后得出“一岗多责、监管分离”的全员协同安全管理模式在建筑领域具有很好的应用及推广价值的结论。

In order to improve the level of safety management in the construction site and reduce the casualty accident's inci-dence of construction site effectively,combined with the actual situation of safety management in the construction site in the eighth engineering bureau of China state construction Ltd. Tsingtao branch,this article proposed a new security management model called the synergistic security management of all staff that one post has more responsibility and it separated the supervision and management on the basis of analyzing the accident - causing theory,such as the Heinrich's dominoes theory,the modern accident - causing chain theory and the 2~4 model of behavior safety etc.This paper analyzed the advantages of this security management model and gave the specific application method of the safety management model.Finally,this paper drew the conclusion that it has good appli-cation and promotion value in the construction field.
