以石英砂为硅源,通过两步水热法合成NaX沸石。详细考察了合成温度、时间、碱度以及硅铝比等因素对合成结果的影响。通过X射线粉末衍射、差热-热重、扫描电镜等方法对合成的NaX沸石进行测试。结果表明以石英砂为硅源可以合成出高质量的NaX沸石。

Through two-step hydrothermal method,zeolite NaX had been synthesized from quartz sand as silica source. The effects of synthesis temperature,reaction time,concentration of alkali,Si-Al ratio on the synthesis of results were investigated. The sample of zeolite had been characterized via X-ray diffraction,TG-DTA,. And SEM. The characterization results showed that quartz as silica source,the zeolite NaX with high crystallinity can be synthesized.
