以对乙烯基卞基氯(C9H9Cl)为原料与二甲基十二烷基叔胺(12DMA)合成N,N-二甲基十二烷基对乙烯基苄基氯化铵C9 H9 Cl-12DMA新型季铵盐抗菌单体,并用FT-IR、H-NMR、EA、TG等手段表征其结构。以二苯甲酮为光敏剂,通过紫外光辐照引发,将C9 H9 Cl-12DMA单体接枝在含有乙烯基的木塑复合材料( WPC)表面,利用XPS光电子能谱和扫描电子显微镜( SEM)对WPC的表面化学组成和形貌结构进行表征;采用浸渍法和干态法测试木塑表面接枝季铵盐后的流失性,结果表明,水浸和空气中放置对季铵盐的影响不大,这说明以化学键连接于木塑表面的抗菌剂具有优异的抗流失性。

In this paper,1-( Chloromethyl)-4-vinylbenzene( C9 H9 Cl) as raw material,a new type quaternary ammonium salt antibac-terial monomers namely C9 H9 Cl-12DMA were synthesized through nucleophilic substitution reaction with N,N-dimethyltetradecyl-amine( 12DMA ) . The structure of sample was observed by using FT-IR, H-NMR, EA, TG. Then, Heteropolyacids-( C9 H9 Cl-12DMA)was grafted on the surface of polyethylene WPC substrate by UV grafting technique and benzophenone as initiator. The los-ing of quaternary ammonium salts on the grafting WPC surface has been tested by impregnation and dry method. The results show that there is little effect for quaternary ammonium salts after immersed in water and placed on air,which indicates that antimicrobial agent attached through chemical bond on the WPC surface has excellent antilosing performance.
