设计合成了四种含有酰胺和酯基结构的香豆素荧光分子探针,其结构通过1 H NMR、13 C NMR 和 HRMS进行了表征,并对探针进行了常见金属离子识别性能的研究。发现该类探针对 Fe3+产生荧光淬灭性响应,其中7-位带有二乙氨基的2-(7-二乙氨基香豆素-3-甲酰胺基)乙酸乙酯(C3)和3-(7-二乙氨基香豆素-3-甲酰胺基)乙酸丙酯(C4)对 Fe3+的淬灭比例达到99.5%和99.6%,可作为识别 Fe3+的探针。
設計閤成瞭四種含有酰胺和酯基結構的香豆素熒光分子探針,其結構通過1 H NMR、13 C NMR 和 HRMS進行瞭錶徵,併對探針進行瞭常見金屬離子識彆性能的研究。髮現該類探針對 Fe3+產生熒光淬滅性響應,其中7-位帶有二乙氨基的2-(7-二乙氨基香豆素-3-甲酰胺基)乙痠乙酯(C3)和3-(7-二乙氨基香豆素-3-甲酰胺基)乙痠丙酯(C4)對 Fe3+的淬滅比例達到99.5%和99.6%,可作為識彆 Fe3+的探針。

Four fluorescent molecular probes based on coumarin bearing amide and acetoxyl unit were designed and synthesized. The structure were identified by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR and HRMS and the recognition properties of metal ion were conducted in CH3CN. The research showed that the probes produced a response of fluorescence quenching for Fe3+. Among them,2-(7-(diethyl-amino)-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxamido)ethyl acetate(C3)and 3-(7-(diethylamino)-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carboxamido)pro-pyl acetate(C4)functionalized with N,N-diethylamino moiety could be used as good fluorescent probes for selecting Fe3+ ion.
