目的:探讨伤科黄水对消肿祛腐期糖尿病足(DF)患者伤口溃疡的抗氧化作用。方法将2012年9月至2014年12月该院收治的60例DF患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规换药,无菌纱布填充,加压弹力绷带包扎;观察组采用外敷伤科黄水治疗。检测两组患者治疗第7、14天溃疡组织核因子-κB (NF-κB) mRNA灰度比值,白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗第7、14天,对照组 NF-κB mRNA 灰度比值分别为1.52、1.51,观察组为1.30、1.14,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗第14天时NF-κB mRNA灰度比值与治疗第7天比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗第7、14天,观察组IL-1β、TNF-α水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤科黄水治疗消肿祛腐期DF伤口溃疡可抑制NF-κB mRNA的表达,降低细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α水平,具有抗氧化作用。

목적:탐토상과황수대소종거부기당뇨병족(DF)환자상구궤양적항양화작용。방법장2012년9월지2014년12월해원수치적60례DF환자분위대조조화관찰조,매조30례。대조조채용상규환약,무균사포전충,가압탄력붕대포찰;관찰조채용외부상과황수치료。검측량조환자치료제7、14천궤양조직핵인자-κB (NF-κB) mRNA회도비치,백개소-1β(IL-1β)、종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)수평。결과치료제7、14천,대조조 NF-κB mRNA 회도비치분별위1.52、1.51,관찰조위1.30、1.14,량조비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조치료제14천시NF-κB mRNA회도비치여치료제7천비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。치료제7、14천,관찰조IL-1β、TNF-α수평여대조조비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론상과황수치료소종거부기DF상구궤양가억제NF-κB mRNA적표체,강저세포인자IL-1β、TNF-α수평,구유항양화작용。
Objective To investigate the anti-oxidation effects of Trauma Yellow-Water on the wound ulcer in the pa-tients with eliminating swelling and removing slough stage of diabetic foot (DF). Methods 60 cases of DF in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2014 were divided into the control group and the observation group ,30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional dressing change ,sterile gauze filling and pressurized elastic bandaging ,while the observa-tion group adopted the external application of Trauma Yellow-water. The mRNA gray level ratio of the nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB), IL-1βand TNF-αlevels in ulcer tissue on 7,14 d of treatment were detected in the two groups. Results The NF-κB mRNA gray level ratios on 7,14 d of treatment in the control group were 1.52 and1.51,which in the observation group were 1.30 and 1.14 re spectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The NF-κB mRNA gray level ratios had no statistical difference between on 7 d of treatment and on 14 d of treatment (P>0.05). The levels of IL-1βand TNF-α. on 7,14 d of treatment had statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Trauma Yellow-Water for treating wound ul-cer in the patients with eliminating swelling and removing slough stage of DF can inhibit the expression of NF-κB mRNA,reduces the levels of cytokine IL-1βand TNF-αwith the anti-oxidation effect.
