目的：探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗卵巢囊肿效果及可行性。方法将该院2011年1月至2014年12月收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者分成研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组行传统手术治疗，研究组行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术。观察两组治疗效果和术后不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者术中（手术时间、术中出血量）和术后（愈合时间、住院时间）指标比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者术后1、6个月促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平均较对照组降低，不良反应发生率较低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果较传统手术明显。
목적：탐토복강경하란소낭종박리술치료란소낭종효과급가행성。방법장해원2011년1월지2014년12월수치적100례란소낭종환자분성연구조화대조조，매조50례。대조조행전통수술치료，연구조행복강경하란소낭종박리술。관찰량조치료효과화술후불량반응발생정황。결과량조환자술중（수술시간、술중출혈량）화술후（유합시간、주원시간）지표비교，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。연구조환자술후1、6개월촉황체생성소、란포자격소수평균교대조조강저，불량반응발생솔교저，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론복강경하란소낭종박리술치료란소낭종적효과교전통수술명현。
Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of laparoscopic ovarian cyst decollement for treating ovarian cysts. Methods 100 cases of ovarian cysts in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were divided into the research group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional surgical treatment,while the re-search group was performed the laparoscopic ovarian cyst decollement. The therapeutic effects and occurrence situation of postop-erative adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The intraoperative indexes(operative time,intraoperative bleeding amount) and postoperative indexes(healing time and hospital stay duration) had statistically significant differences be-tween the two groups(P<0.05). The levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone at postoperative 1,6 months in the research group were decreased compared with the control group ,moreover few adverse reactions occurred in the research group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst decollement for treating ovar-ian cysts has more obvious effect than the conventional operation.
