针对叁沟矿缓倾斜中厚至厚矿体的赋存条件,提出了分段空场嗣后充填法和胶结矿柱房柱法联合开采,介绍了联合采矿方法的采准、切割、回采、充填过程。结果表明:分段空场嗣后充填法能够较好地适应缓倾斜厚矿体,回采率高,成本低,经济效益显著,同时,房柱法又能很好地解决小矿体的开采问题,联合采矿方法取得了预期的效果,为矿山合理经济开采提供了依据。
針對叁溝礦緩傾斜中厚至厚礦體的賦存條件,提齣瞭分段空場嗣後充填法和膠結礦柱房柱法聯閤開採,介紹瞭聯閤採礦方法的採準、切割、迴採、充填過程。結果錶明:分段空場嗣後充填法能夠較好地適應緩傾斜厚礦體,迴採率高,成本低,經濟效益顯著,同時,房柱法又能很好地解決小礦體的開採問題,聯閤採礦方法取得瞭預期的效果,為礦山閤理經濟開採提供瞭依據。
침대참구광완경사중후지후광체적부존조건,제출료분단공장사후충전법화효결광주방주법연합개채,개소료연합채광방법적채준、절할、회채、충전과정。결과표명:분단공장사후충전법능구교호지괄응완경사후광체,회채솔고,성본저,경제효익현저,동시,방주법우능흔호지해결소광체적개채문제,연합채광방법취득료예기적효과,위광산합리경제개채제공료의거。
According to the occurrence conditions of the slowly inclined medium thick and thick orebody in Sangou mine,the combined mining scheme based on sublevel open stope filling method and cemented pillar room and pillar method is proposed,which its process of mining,cutting,stoping and filling are introduced in detail.The results show that the sublevel open stope filling method can adapt to the slowly inclined orebody,which has the characteristics of high recovery rate,low cost and significant economic benefits,and cemented pillar room and pillar method is suitable to the smaller orebody.The expectant effect of the combined mining scheme is obtained,which can provide the basis for the reasona-ble and economical mining.
