某铁矿电机车维修硐室宽7.4 m,高9.275 m,采用传统方法施工此类大断面硐室存在施工难度大、效率低、工期长等问题。根据矿山地质情况,结合以往硐室开挖和中深孔爆破经验,采用分步爆破法施工。结果表明:中深孔爆破运用于大断面硐室施工安全可行,硐室成形质量好,在施工进度和成本方面优势明显,对类似工程具有较好的借鉴意义。

There is an electric locomotive maintenance cavern in an iron mine,which its width and height is 7.4 m and 9.725 m,and it would be of high difficulty,low efficiency and long duration by a-dopting classical construction method.According to the geological conditions of the mine,combing with the experiences of cavern excavation and medium-length hole blasting,the step-by-step blasting method is used to conduct the chamber construction.The results show that the medium-length hole blasting method is suitable to the large section chamber construction,the chamber forming quality is good,the construc-tion schedule and cost of the medium-length hole blasting method is superior to others,it has reference for the similar projects.
