为分析辅助气流在双气流雾化喷嘴雾化燃油过程中所起的作用,以自行开发的一种用于高速燃气喷涂枪的双气流雾化喷嘴为例,运用计算流体动力学(Computatuinal Fluid Dynamics,CFD)模拟技术计算了该喷嘴气流场,分析了辅助气流对喷嘴气流场分布的影响规律。结果表明:辅助气流使气流喷射锥角和喷射锥空域都有所减小,气流场高速区扩大。这保证了喷嘴气流场结构的完整,增强了雾化效果,实现了雾化喷嘴在较大供气压力范围内的稳焰功能和优异的雾化,能。

To analyze the assistant gas flow’s role in the process of atomizing fuel oil by double gas flow atomizing nozzel,the air flow field of the double gas flow atomizing nozzle which has been developed for high speed gas spraying independently is computed to analyze the assistant gas flow’s influence to the air flow field through Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).It is found that assistant gas minifies the cone angle and spraying area of spraying airflow,enlarges the high-speed field to make sure the air flow field’s structure intact and enhance atomizing property of the nozzle.These make the double gas flow nozzle steady flame and get superior oil spray under a wide range of gas inlet pressure.
