目的：对巴西草药 GENGIBRE 进行真伪鉴别。方法利用“二维特征鉴别法”，即DNA 条形码技术联用 HPLC 技术的方法，鉴定巴西草药 GENGIBRE 的基原，并测定其6-姜辣素的含量，对样品进行遗传学与化学两方面的鉴别。结果通过 DNA 条形码初步鉴定巴西草药GENGIBRE 为芸香科植物，且与芸香科吴茱萸植物相似度最高，相似度范围为97%~99%；巴西草药GENGIBRE 中6-姜辣素的含量远低于中国干姜，分别为1.12 mg/ g 和7.61 mg/ g。结论本试验应用“二维特征鉴别法”，在遗传学和化学两方面均证明所用巴西草药 GENGIBRE 相对于中国干姜是伪品。该方法在对未知样品进行某品种的定向真伪鉴别方面具有潜在的应用价值。
목적：대파서초약 GENGIBRE 진행진위감별。방법이용“이유특정감별법”，즉DNA 조형마기술련용 HPLC 기술적방법，감정파서초약 GENGIBRE 적기원，병측정기6-강랄소적함량，대양품진행유전학여화학량방면적감별。결과통과 DNA 조형마초보감정파서초약GENGIBRE 위예향과식물，차여예향과오수유식물상사도최고，상사도범위위97%~99%；파서초약GENGIBRE 중6-강랄소적함량원저우중국간강，분별위1.12 mg/ g 화7.61 mg/ g。결론본시험응용“이유특정감별법”，재유전학화화학량방면균증명소용파서초약 GENGIBRE 상대우중국간강시위품。해방법재대미지양품진행모품충적정향진위감별방면구유잠재적응용개치。
Objective To establish a method for identifying the authenticity of Brazil herb GENGIBRE. Methods “ Two dimensional feature identification method”, that is, the DNA barcoding technology combined with HPLC, the method was used to identify the botanical origin of Brazil herb GENGIBRE and detect the content of 6-gingerol in it . Results Preliminary identification of the Brazil herb TANCHAGEM with DNA barcoding method showed it was belong to Rutaceae and the similarity range between TANCHAGEM and Fructus evodiae is 97% ~ 99% . The content of 6-gingerol in Brazil GENGIBRE was far below that in Chinese ginger, respectively 1. 12mg/ g and 7. 61mg/ g. Conclusion In this study, we applied the “ two-dimensional feature identification method ” to show that the Brazilian herbal GENGIBRE is counterfeit goods respect to Chinese ginger in genetics and chemistry The method has potential application value in the identification of a variety of unknown samples.
