目的:综合巴西草药 TANCHAGEM 的化学与遗传学信息对其进行质量控制。方法利用“二维特征鉴别法”,即 DNA 条形码技术联用 HPLC 技术的方法,鉴定巴西草药 TANCHAGEM 的基原,并测定其大车前苷的含量。结果 DNA 条形码初步鉴定巴西草药 TANCHAGEM 为车前科车前属 Plantago L.植物,且与中药车前草相似度达99%以上;巴西车前草、中药车前草中均含有2010年版《中华人民共和国》(一部)规定指标成分大车前苷,含量分别为0.1025%和0.1030%。结论巴西草药 TANCHAGEM 为巴西车前草,其大车前苷含量与中药车前草含量相近。本实验为车前草品种的质量控制、资源普查、新品种选育提供一定的参考依据。

목적:종합파서초약 TANCHAGEM 적화학여유전학신식대기진행질량공제。방법이용“이유특정감별법”,즉 DNA 조형마기술련용 HPLC 기술적방법,감정파서초약 TANCHAGEM 적기원,병측정기대차전감적함량。결과 DNA 조형마초보감정파서초약 TANCHAGEM 위차전과차전속 Plantago L.식물,차여중약차전초상사도체99%이상;파서차전초、중약차전초중균함유2010년판《중화인민공화국》(일부)규정지표성분대차전감,함량분별위0.1025%화0.1030%。결론파서초약 TANCHAGEM 위파서차전초,기대차전감함량여중약차전초함량상근。본실험위차전초품충적질량공제、자원보사、신품충선육제공일정적삼고의거。
Objective To control the quality of Brazilian herb TANCHAGEM by chemical and genetic information. Methods The method of “two dimensional feature identification method”, that is, DNA barcodes technology combined with the HPLC technology,it was used to identify the botanical origin of Brazilian herb TANCHAGEM and detect the content of plantagoside. Results DNA barcoding method showed Brazilian herb TANCHAGEM was belong to Plantaginaceae Plantago L. and the similarity between TANCHAGEM and Chinese plantago asiatica was more than 99% . The plantagoside was existed in both Brazilian herb TANCHAGEM ( contents was 0. 1025% ) and Chinese plantago asiatica ( contents was 0. 1030% )which was specified index component in Chinese Pharmacopoeia index components. Conclusion Brazilian herb TANCHAGEM is considered plantago asiatica in Brazilian, and the content of plantagosideis similar with Chinese plantago asiatica. This experiment provided a reference for quality control, resource survey and breeding of new varieties.
