目的：探究临床分泌性中耳炎的综合治疗疗效。方法选取就诊的56例成人分泌性中耳炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组28例，对照组采用口服药物+咽鼓管注药+波氏法咽鼓管吹张，治疗组采用口服药物+鼓膜穿刺+波氏法咽鼓管吹张+鼓室药物灌注。结果治疗组有效率为89.7%(35/39)，对照组有效率为80.0%（24/30），治疗组有效率显著高于对照组（＜0.05）。结论“综合疗法”治疗分泌性中耳炎是较好的临床治疗选择。
목적：탐구림상분비성중이염적종합치료료효。방법선취취진적56례성인분비성중이염환자，수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조28례，대조조채용구복약물+인고관주약+파씨법인고관취장，치료조채용구복약물+고막천자+파씨법인고관취장+고실약물관주。결과치료조유효솔위89.7%(35/39)，대조조유효솔위80.0%（24/30），치료조유효솔현저고우대조조（＜0.05）。결론“종합요법”치료분비성중이염시교호적림상치료선택。
Objective To report outcomes in a group of adult patients with otitis media with effu-sion (OME) treated with a comprehensive regimen of combined therapies. Method A group of 56 adults with OME treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a control and a study group (n=28 in each group). Pa-tients in the control group were treated with oral medicines, eustachian tube injection and eustachian tube in-sufflation. In addition to oral medicines and Eustachian tube insufflation, those in the study group were also treated with auripuncture and tympanum infusion. Results The overall effective rate was 89.7%(35/39) the study group and 80.0%(24/30)in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compreh ensive treatment includ-ing combined auripuncture and tympanum infusion appears to be a better choice for otitis media with effusion.
