我国在本世纪初就已步入老龄化社会，与之相伴随的是承担养老责任的主体也由多子女家庭转向独生子女家庭。随着养老责任的不断增大，居家养老模式逐渐被社会所认同。在新的时代背景下，社会和政府不仅需要强化和完善现有养老服务体系，而且需要建立和扶持新的养老服务体系，让老年人过上有尊严的晚年生活。
我國在本世紀初就已步入老齡化社會，與之相伴隨的是承擔養老責任的主體也由多子女傢庭轉嚮獨生子女傢庭。隨著養老責任的不斷增大，居傢養老模式逐漸被社會所認同。在新的時代揹景下，社會和政府不僅需要彊化和完善現有養老服務體繫，而且需要建立和扶持新的養老服務體繫，讓老年人過上有尊嚴的晚年生活。
아국재본세기초취이보입노령화사회，여지상반수적시승담양로책임적주체야유다자녀가정전향독생자녀가정。수착양로책임적불단증대，거가양로모식축점피사회소인동。재신적시대배경하，사회화정부불부수요강화화완선현유양로복무체계，이차수요건립화부지신적양로복무체계，양노년인과상유존엄적만년생활。
Our country has stepped into an aging society since the turn of the century, and accordingly, the one-child family has replaced the more than one-child family, becoming the major force to take the respon?sibility to care for the aged. With the increasing burden of caring for the aged, the home-based care for the aged has been accepted by the society. In this new period, the government not only need to strengthen the existing system of elderly care service, but also need to build new system of care service to let the old people live with dignity in their older life.
