目的：通过研究不同产地桑叶中芦丁含量,为桑叶资源的开发、利用提供初步的基础。方法采用 HPLC 法分别对11份不同产地药材样品的芦丁含量进行测定。高效液相色谱法条件为 TechMate C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,NO. AKAD06833),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为358 nm,柱温为30℃。结果8份国产样品的芦丁含量均未能达到《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)(2010年版)的含量标准,3份巴西样品高于《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)(2010年版)要求。结论国内桑叶中芦丁含量普遍较低,巴西黑桑叶中芦丁含量较高。

Objective Decete the content of rutin in mulberry leaves from different origins by HPLC and analyze the discrepancy for the development and utilization of mulberry leaves provide a preliminary basis. Methods 11 kinds of mulberry leaves samples from domestic and foreign were detected. HPLC conditions, C18 TechMate (4. 6 mm× 250mm, 5μm, NO. AKAD06833) was used for de-tection. The gradient elution was carried out with methanol -0. 5% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 358 nm, and the column temperature was 30℃ . Results The content of rutin in 8 kinds of domestic samples was failed to achieve the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), the Brazilian samples were higher than the requirements of pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The content of rutin in domestic mulberry leaves is lower than that in Brazilian mulberry leaves, and the content in the Brazil black mulberry leaves is the most.
