用凸透镜将钬激光器输出脉冲激光耦合进大芯径光纤传输,测量了耦合后激光能量、脉冲宽度和重复频率,研究了脉宽对激光脉冲消融猪肝组织的影响。实验结果表明:随着激光脉宽的增加,凹坑和受损伤组织的体积均增大。
用凸透鏡將鈥激光器輸齣脈遲激光耦閤進大芯徑光纖傳輸,測量瞭耦閤後激光能量、脈遲寬度和重複頻率,研究瞭脈寬對激光脈遲消融豬肝組織的影響。實驗結果錶明:隨著激光脈寬的增加,凹坑和受損傷組織的體積均增大。

Holmium laser pulses were coupled into a large‐diameter fiber via lens .Laser parame‐ters such as energy ,pulse width and repeat frequency were measured .The influence of pulse width on the ablation of pork liver was investigated .The results indicated that the volume of pit and injured tis‐sue increased when the pulse width increased .
