采用浓 HNO3/H2 O2混合体系,以微波消解法对干荷叶样品进行前处理,利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定了样品中矿质元素的组成及含量。结果表明,从干荷叶样品中定量分析了13种矿质元素,其含量由高到低依次为 S、Ca、Si、P、Mg、Al、Mn、K、Na、Fe、Sr、Ba、B,其中含量>1000μg·g-1的元素有6种,分别为 S、Ca、Si、P、Mg 和 Al,未检测出 Tl、Ti、Sn、Cu、Zn 等微量元素以及 Pb、Cd、Cr 等重金属元素,7种元素的 RSD 值在10%以下。可为荷叶药食两用价值的进一步开发利用提供一定的理论和科学依据。

The samples were prepared by microwave digestion with concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.The constituents and contents of mineral elements of dried lotus leaves were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Results showed that thirteen kinds of mineral elements were quantitatively tested from dried lotus leaves,including S,Ca,Si,P,Mg,Al,Mn,K,Na, Fe,Sr,Ba and B from high to low.The contents of six elements were more than 1 000 μg·g-1 ,including S,Ca, Si,P,Mg and Al.The trace elements of Tl,Ti,Sn,Cu,Zn and the heavy metal elements of Pb,Cd,Cr were not determined.The RSD of seven elements were less than 10%.The research results will provide theoretical basis and scientific data for further development and utilization on the edible and medical value in lotus leaves.
