通过抑菌圈直径及最低抑菌浓度的测定,分别考察了乙醇浸渍法、热回流法、微波法、超声波法提取的箬叶总黄酮对细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌)、真菌(白色念珠菌、酿酒酵母菌、青霉菌)的抑菌效果。结果表明,箬叶总黄酮对细菌的抑制作用大于对真菌的抑制作用;且提取方法对箬叶总黄酮的抑菌能力有影响,不同提取方法提取的箬叶总黄酮抑菌效果为:超声波法>热回流法>乙醇浸渍法>微波法。超声波法比较适合于箬叶总黄酮的提取。
通過抑菌圈直徑及最低抑菌濃度的測定,分彆攷察瞭乙醇浸漬法、熱迴流法、微波法、超聲波法提取的箬葉總黃酮對細菌(金黃色葡萄毬菌、大腸桿菌)、真菌(白色唸珠菌、釀酒酵母菌、青黴菌)的抑菌效果。結果錶明,箬葉總黃酮對細菌的抑製作用大于對真菌的抑製作用;且提取方法對箬葉總黃酮的抑菌能力有影響,不同提取方法提取的箬葉總黃酮抑菌效果為:超聲波法>熱迴流法>乙醇浸漬法>微波法。超聲波法比較適閤于箬葉總黃酮的提取。
통과억균권직경급최저억균농도적측정,분별고찰료을순침지법、열회류법、미파법、초성파법제취적약협총황동대세균(금황색포도구균、대장간균)、진균(백색념주균、양주효모균、청매균)적억균효과。결과표명,약협총황동대세균적억제작용대우대진균적억제작용;차제취방법대약협총황동적억균능력유영향,불동제취방법제취적약협총황동억균효과위:초성파법>열회류법>을순침지법>미파법。초성파법비교괄합우약협총황동적제취。
Through determination of inhibition zone diameter and minimal inhibitory concentration,the anti-bacterial activities of total flavonoids from indocalamus leaves by different extraction methods of ethanol immer-sion method,hot reflux method,microwave method,and ultrasonic method were studied.Results showed that, total flavonoids from indocalamus leaves had better antibacterial activities on Escherichia coli and Staphylococ-cus aureus ,but had less activities on Moniliaalbican,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Penicillium.The activities were affected by extraction methods,the order of antibacterial effect was as follows:ultrasonic method >hot re-flux method>ethanol immersion method>microwave method.Ultrasonic method is suitable for extracting total flavonoids from indocalamus leaves.
