目的：探讨舒芬太尼对老年患者丙泊酚注射痛的缓解作用及对血流动力学的影响，以期更科学地应用舒芬太尼。方法：选择在本院行全麻手术的老年患者72例，通过随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组，各36例。A组患者采用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚的方式进行麻醉，B组采用芬太尼复合丙泊酚的方式进行麻醉，比较两组的效果及安全性。结果：B组注射痛的发生率为72．22％，显著高于 A组的30．56％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝12．51，P＜0．05）。B组患者在插管前（T1）的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）和心率（HR）较麻醉诱导前（T0）均明显降低（P＜0．05）；A组患者在各时期的指标变化均不明显，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。A组不良反应的发生率为8．33％，显著低于B组的41．67％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝10．67，P＜0．05）。结论：舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚适合老年患者在外科全麻手术时使用，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토서분태니대노년환자병박분주사통적완해작용급대혈류동역학적영향，이기경과학지응용서분태니。방법：선택재본원행전마수술적노년환자72례，통과수궤수자표법장기분위A조화B조，각36례。A조환자채용서분태니복합병박분적방식진행마취，B조채용분태니복합병박분적방식진행마취，비교량조적효과급안전성。결과：B조주사통적발생솔위72．22％，현저고우 A조적30．56％，차이유통계학의의（χ2＝12．51，P＜0．05）。B조환자재삽관전（T1）적수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）화심솔（HR）교마취유도전（T0）균명현강저（P＜0．05）；A조환자재각시기적지표변화균불명현，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。A조불량반응적발생솔위8．33％，현저저우B조적41．67％，차이유통계학의의（χ2＝10．67，P＜0．05）。결론：서분태니복합병박분괄합노년환자재외과전마수술시사용，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the relieving effect of sufentanil on propofol injection‐induced pain of elderly patients ,and to investigate its effect on hemodynamics ,in order to use sufentanil more scientificly .Methods:Seventy‐two elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia operation in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were randomly divided into group A and group B by random digits table method ,with 36 cases in each group .The patients in group A were treated with sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia ,while the patients in group B were treated with fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia . Then the efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared .Results:The incidence of pain on injection was 72 .22% in group B ,which was higher than that in group A (30 .56% ) with statistically significant difference (χ2 =12 .51 ,P<0 .05) .In group B ,the systolic blood pressure (SBP) ,diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) before intubation (T1) were significantly lower than those before induction of anesthesia (T0) (P<0 .05) .The changes of the three index in group A were not significantly different in each period (P>0 .05) .The incidence rate of adverse reaction in group A was 8 .33% ,which was lower than that in group B (41 .67% ) with statistically significant difference (χ2 =10 .67 , P<0 .05) .Conclusions:Sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia is more suitable for elderly patients with surgical operation ,worthy of clinical promotion .
