[目的]探讨海参营养素对绿豆种子萌发及生长发育的影响。[方法]采用培养皿纸上发芽法,研究不同浓度的丙酮溶解海参营养素对绿豆种子萌发及生长发育的影响。[结果]随着丙酮浓度的增大,不同溶解度的海参营养素对绿豆种子的萌发、芽长、芽粗、鲜重、干重等有不同程度的影响。[结论]用5 mL丙酮溶解海参营养素配制为100 mg/L的溶液对绿豆种子的萌发和生长发育最佳。

[목적]탐토해삼영양소대록두충자맹발급생장발육적영향。[방법]채용배양명지상발아법,연구불동농도적병동용해해삼영양소대록두충자맹발급생장발육적영향。[결과]수착병동농도적증대,불동용해도적해삼영양소대록두충자적맹발、아장、아조、선중、간중등유불동정도적영향。[결론]용5 mL병동용해해삼영양소배제위100 mg/L적용액대록두충자적맹발화생장발육최가。
Objective] To explore the sea cucumber nutrient effect on germination and growth of mung bean. [Method] Using petri dish paper germination method, the germination and growth effect of mung bean with different concentration acetone dissolved the sea cucumber nutrient were studied. [Result] With the increasing concentration of acetone, mung bean seeds germination potential impact was different. Long bud, bud coarse, fresh weight and dry weight were increased. [Conclusion] Formulate solutions of 100 mg/L had the best effect.
