工业工程实验室建设是工业工程学科建设的重要组成部分，但目前很多高校的教学思想仍旧偏理论而轻实践，实验室建设缺乏系统性，教学模式单一，严重影响了学生的学习效果。为进一步探索提高教学效果的途径，结合工业工程人才培养目标，详细阐述了通过硬件设施与软性建设相结合的方法，构建模拟企业生产运作环境的工业工程综合实验室平台，并在完成基础教学的同时发展实验室特色，有效激发学生学习兴趣，提高学生基础实践能力和创新能力。

Establishment of the industrial engineering(IE)laboratory is critical for IE discipline construction. However,teaching methods used by most of the universities focus on theory and ignore practice. The laboratory construction is short of systematicness and the teaching mode is monotonous.These problems seriously affect the learning performance of the students.This paper studies to explore the methods to improve the teaching efficiency in detail.Taking the goal of personnel training into consideration,the hardware facilities and the construction of teaching methods are combined. Experimental platform is built to simulate the production and operation of enterprise.The basic teaching task is completed and the features of laboratory are developed at the same time.It is found that the students’learning interests are inspired.Their practical ability and innovative ability are also enhanced.
