油基钻井液与水基钻井液相比,具有显著的润滑和井壁稳定特性,是国内外复杂井、大斜度井、大位移井和高温深井钻井作业的首选钻井液体系。研究和评价了针对不同温度的油基钻井液的流变性调控技术。对于中低温条件,可使用提切剂 HSV-4来保障油基钻井液的悬浮携岩性能;对于高温条件,可使用高温流变稳定剂 MOHST 与提切剂HSV-4配合来保障油基钻井液的流变性稳定。为高温复杂井油基钻井液作业预防岩屑沉降、增强携岩、保障清洁井眼提供了可靠的钻井液技术支持,现场结合工程作业措施,必将有助于减少现场复杂,加强钻井安全。

Compared with water-based drilling fluid,oil-based drilling fluid shows the characteristics of sig-nificant lubricity and borehole wall stability.It is a preferred drilling fluid system for drilling operation of do-mestic and international complex wells,highly deviated wells,large displacement wells and high temperature deep wells.The rheological control technology of oil-based drilling fluid at different temperatures are researched and evaluated.For common or low temperature conditions,we can use shear strength improving agent HSV-4 to improve the suspension ability of oil-based drilling fluid.For high temperature conditions,we can use MOHST as a high temperature rheological stabilizer combined with HSV-4 to safeguard high temperature rheology and stability of oil-based drilling fluid.The results provide a strong reliable technical support to prevent cuttings sedimentation,enhance cuttings carrying and ensure hole cleaning of drilling operation of oil-based drilling fluid for high temperature complex wells.Combined with engineering measures,the technologies will help to reduce the complex problems and improve the security of drilling.
