以溴乙酸和2-丁烯-1,4-二醇为原料合成了1,4-双(溴乙酮氧)-2-丁烯(BBAB),采用 FTIR 和1 HNMR 对其结构进行了表征,并测试了 BBAB 对工业循环冷却水的抑菌性能。结果表明,BBAB 在较低浓度下对细菌具有快速杀灭作用,在浓度为10 mg·L-1时,1 h 后抑菌率可达98%以上,是优良的工业水处理抗菌剂。

Using bromoacetic acid and 2-butene-1,4-diol as raw materials,1,4-bis(bromoacetoxyl)-2-butene (BBAB)was synthesized and its structure was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR,and bactericidal activity a-gainst industrial circulating cooling water was tested.Results showed that BBAB could quickly sterilize bacteria at low concentration.The antibacterial rate was above 98% when the concentration of BBAB was 10 mg·L-1 , which indicated that BBAB was a good antibacterial agent in industrial water treatment.
