目的:探讨抗苗勒管激素(AM H)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)超排卵的预测价值。方法:选择2011年1月—2014年12月在复旦大学附属中山医院接受体外受精联合胚胎移植技术(IVF)助孕的PCOS患者80例,另选择同期因输卵管因素接受IVF的患者30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清AM H水平,微粒子化学发光免疫法测定卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:与对照组相比,PCOS组患者血清 AMH[(30.35±9.22) pmol/L 比(14.92±4.20) pmol/L]和LH[(10.36±3.16) IU/L 比(5.73±2.36) IU/L]均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常获卵组AMH水平高于低获卵组(P<0.05),高获卵组高于正常获卵组(P<0.01);PCOS患者血清AMH水平与获卵数正相关。结论:PCOS血清AM H水平对卵巢超排卵反应有较好的预测价值。

목적:탐토항묘륵관격소(AM H)대다낭란소종합정(PCOS)초배란적예측개치。방법:선택2011년1월—2014년12월재복단대학부속중산의원접수체외수정연합배태이식기술(IVF)조잉적PCOS환자80례,령선택동기인수란관인소접수IVF적환자30례작위대조조。채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)검측혈청AM H수평,미입자화학발광면역법측정란포자격소(FSH)、황체생성소(LH)급자이순(E2)수평。결과:여대조조상비,PCOS조환자혈청 AMH[(30.35±9.22) pmol/L 비(14.92±4.20) pmol/L]화LH[(10.36±3.16) IU/L 비(5.73±2.36) IU/L]균현저승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。정상획란조AMH수평고우저획란조(P<0.05),고획란조고우정상획란조(P<0.01);PCOS환자혈청AMH수평여획란수정상관。결론:PCOS혈청AM H수평대란소초배란반응유교호적예측개치。
Objective:To explore the predictive value of anti‐Müllerian hormone (AMH) in in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) .Methods:A total of 80 patients with PCOS who received IVF treatment were selected during January 2011 to December 2014 in Zhongshan Hospital ,Fudan University .Enzyme‐linked immunoassay (ELISA) was applied to detect the serum levels of AM H ,and microparticle chemiluminescent immunoassay was used to detect the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ,luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E2 ) .Results:Serum AMH([30 .35 ± 9 .22] pmol/L vs .[14 .92 ± 4 .20] pmol/L)and LH([10 .36 ± 3 .16] IU/L vs .[5 .73 ± 2 .36] IU/L) in patients of PCOS groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P< 0 .05) .Compared with the low oocytes group ,the AMH in the normal response group was significantly increased (P< 0 .05) .Compared with the normal response group ,the AM H in the high response group was significantly increased (P<0 .01) .There was a positive relationship between serum AM H and occytes obtained .Conclusions:Serum AM H level has a predictive value in the ovarian response in patients w ith PCOS .
