Pork%Salmonel a%Drug resistance
采集辽宁省大连市各大农贸批发市场鲜猪肉68份,用选择性培养基 SS琼脂培养基分离沙门氏菌,通过菌落形态及 PCR方法对分离菌株进行鉴定,利用肉汤微量稀释法药敏试验检测沙门氏菌对9大类15种抗生素的耐药性。结果表明:共获得鲜猪肉样品沙门氏菌12株,检出率为17.64%;83.33%鲜猪肉样品沙门氏菌至少耐受1种抗菌药,耐药率最高的为氟苯尼考(75.0%)、盐酸沙拉沙星(66.7%)、硫酸新霉素(66.7%)和多西环素(66.7%),其次为土霉素(58.3%)、硫酸庆大霉素(58.3%)、乙酰甲喹(58.3%),耐药率较低的有乳酸环丙沙星(50.0%)、恩诺沙星(50.0%)、盐酸环丙沙星(50.0%)、阿莫西林(16.7%)、硫酸黏菌素(16.7%);大连市农贸批发市场鲜猪肉的沙门氏菌检出率较高,并且沙门氏菌对各类抗生素表现出了很高的耐药性,这种高耐药性也可能通过食物链传递给人类,应该引起足够重视。
採集遼寧省大連市各大農貿批髮市場鮮豬肉68份,用選擇性培養基 SS瓊脂培養基分離沙門氏菌,通過菌落形態及 PCR方法對分離菌株進行鑒定,利用肉湯微量稀釋法藥敏試驗檢測沙門氏菌對9大類15種抗生素的耐藥性。結果錶明:共穫得鮮豬肉樣品沙門氏菌12株,檢齣率為17.64%;83.33%鮮豬肉樣品沙門氏菌至少耐受1種抗菌藥,耐藥率最高的為氟苯尼攷(75.0%)、鹽痠沙拉沙星(66.7%)、硫痠新黴素(66.7%)和多西環素(66.7%),其次為土黴素(58.3%)、硫痠慶大黴素(58.3%)、乙酰甲喹(58.3%),耐藥率較低的有乳痠環丙沙星(50.0%)、恩諾沙星(50.0%)、鹽痠環丙沙星(50.0%)、阿莫西林(16.7%)、硫痠黏菌素(16.7%);大連市農貿批髮市場鮮豬肉的沙門氏菌檢齣率較高,併且沙門氏菌對各類抗生素錶現齣瞭很高的耐藥性,這種高耐藥性也可能通過食物鏈傳遞給人類,應該引起足夠重視。

In this study, 68 fresh pork samples were col ected from several major wholesale markets in Dalian City of Liaoning Province to isolate Salmonel a using SS agar medium as selective medium. Salmonel a isolates were identified with colony morphology observation and PCR method. The resistance of Salmonel a iso-lates to 15 antibiotics was analyzed by broth microdilution susceptibility test. Accord-ing to the result, 12 Salmonel a strains were isolated from 68 fresh pork samples, indicating a detection rate of 17.64%; 83.33% of Salmonel a strains isolated from fresh pork samples could at least resist one antibiotic; Salmonel a strains exhibited the strongest resistance to florfenicol (75.0%), sarafloxacin hydrochloride (66.7%), neomycin sulfate (66.7%) and doxycycline hydrochloride (66.7%), fol owed by oxyte-tracycline (58.3%), gentamicin sulphate (58.3%) and mequindox (58.3%); Salmonel a strains exhibited relatively low resistance to ciprofloxacin lactate (50.0%), en-rofloxacin (50.0%), ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (50.0%), amoxicil in (16.7%) and col-istin sulphate (16.7%). Salmonel a in fresh pork samples from wholesale markets in Dalian Economic & Technological Development Zone exhibited a high detection rate, and the isolated Salmonel a strains showed extremely high resistance to various an-tibiotics. The strong drug-resistance of Salmonel a can also be transmitted through the food chain from the food to the people, which should attract sufficient attention.
