分析了影响我国环境保护的社会相关因素中长期发展变化形势，包括人口增长形势、城镇化进程、社会消费和结构变化以及社会环境关注与诉求在不同发展阶段为环境保护带来的机遇与挑战，为新时期从社会角度制定环境保护战略和政策路线提供基本依据。

In this paper, the situations of medium and long term development and changes of the related social factors that have influences on environmental protection in China are systematically analyzed including the four main factors such as the situation of population growth, urbanization process, the change of social consumption and structure, and the opportunities and challenges brought by the social environmental concerns and demands towards environmental protection in different development stages, providing fundamental basis for decision of the strategy and policy line of environmental protection from the social point of view in the new period.
