文章梳理了生态环境绩效评价体系的实践进展，分析了建立生态环境绩效评价与问责制度面临的挑战，在此基础上提出建立生态环境绩效评价考核与问责制的主要措施和建议，以期为我国经济发展考核评价体系的完善提供参考。

In this paper, the practical progress of eco-environmental performance evaluation system is sorted out and the challenges confronting the establishment of an assessment and accountability system for eco-environmental performance evaluation is analyzed. On the above basis, main measures and suggestions for establishment of the assessment and accountability system are put forewords, providing reference for improvement of the economic development assessment system in China.
