用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷( KH-570)对纳米二氧化硅进行了表面改性,并将其填充到聚氨酯丙烯酸酯紫外光固化材料中。扫描电镜( SEM )观察表明:适量KH-570改性的纳米二氧化硅在聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中分散性好。对含有不同质量分数改性纳米二氧化硅粒子的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯紫外光固化材料的固化膜进行了柔韧性、铅笔硬度、拉伸强度、拉伸断裂伸长率和抗冲击强度测定,结果表明:当KH-570改性的纳米二氧化硅质量分数为4%时,固化膜的拉伸强度达到6.68 MPa,拉伸断裂伸长率为11.88%,抗冲击强度为50 Kg· cm。

Nanosilica was modified by silane coupling agent(3-methacryloxypropyl-trimetho xysilane,KH-570)and filled into the polyurethane acrylate UV-curing materia. Scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation showed that the appropriate amount of nanosilica was well dispersed in the coating. Some properties of the coating UV-cured films were measured. The experimental results indicated that the pencil hardness and the flexibility of the films were excellent,the tensile strength of the films was 6. 68 MPa,the elongation at breaK of the films was 11. 88%,and the impacting strength of the films was 50 Kg·cm when the fraction of the modified nanosilica was 4% in the material.
